FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT HORST MIRACLE PROBES

Q. Why are Horst Miracle Probes superior to commonly used probes?

A. They eliminate false positive readings caused by leakage current from probes that are not submerged in waste water.

Q. How do Horst Miracle Probes eliminate false conductance?

A. By making the conductance path very small in cross section and very long.

Q. Please give more specifics.

A. To make a Horst Miracle Probe fail, false conductance has to transfer from the end of the metal probe to the outside of the less than 1/16” diameter Teflon tubing, along the outside of this tubing to the tank wall. Experience has shown that this is for all practical purposes impossible. This is a breakthrough in the reliability with which the waste water in holding tanks can be monitored. We have patents pending.

Q. How do Horst Miracle Probes prevent malfunctioning caused by toilet paper?

A. The probes for the black tank have a "roof" over them to prevent any contact with the probe tip.

Q. How can we poistion this "roof" to make sure it is over the probe wire?

A. By rotating the exterior threaded electrical stud so that the milled flat section is down and the "roof" part is up.

Q. May Horst Miracle Probes be installed in RVs that are built to RVIA, CSA, and IAPMO standards?

A. Yes!
